AIT Allergen Immunotherapy Aseptic Technique Verification System
The Valiteq AIT test kit employs both sterile microbiological growth media and sterile water to evaluate the aseptic technique of clinical personnel who perform serial dilutions and preparation of patient therapy sets for Allergen Immunotherapy.
The kit provides a powder for reconstitution, a five step serial dilution and a five piece patient set preparation challenge.
The kit includes:
- 1 ea. Simulated Antigen Powder for reconstitution (SAP)
- 1 ea. Simulated Powder Diluent (SPD)
- 1 ea. Simulated Allergen Extract (SAE) vial concentrated TSB
- 5 ea. Simulated Dilution (SSD) vials containing 1mL sterile water diluent (These vials are numbered sequentially 1 through 5. It is important that they be used in the correct order because vial 5 will be used to prepare the SPT vials, and the remaining contents of vial 5 will be incubated).
- 5 ea. Simulated Patient Therapy (SPT) vials containing 4mL sterile water diluent.
- Preprinted labels to be filled out and affixed to the SAP, SAE, SSD vial 5, and all 5 SPT vials.
Additional Materials Required
- 6 ea. syringes, 10mL minimum capacity, 20mL maximum
- 6 ea. syringes, 1mL minimum capacity, 3mL maximum Alcohol swabs, cleaning materials and needles as required.

Incubation & Reporting Services
Incubation and reporting services with glove fingertip test plates are available for this product. Simply return the completed testing cultures in our specially-designed return containers for complete development and reporting, to be used as evidence of compliance with USP <797>.
